Transparent fee structures for monthly squad training, annual club affiliation, and competition administration.
Monthly Training Fees (2025/26)
Training fees shown apply to new members joining for the 2025/26 season (excluding existing member loyalty discounts). Fees are collected monthly via Direct Debit.

Payment Schedule & Terms
All monthly training fees are payable across all 12 months of the year and are due on the 1st of each month.
Fees are effective from 1 September 2025 onwards and reviewed regularly by the executive committee.
Annual Membership Fees (2024/25)
Annual membership fees cover Swim England affiliation, governing body insurance, and club administration. Renewable annually.

Understanding Swim England Affiliation
Annual membership fees cover mandatory governing body registration, insurance, and competition rankings. The total fee is distributed between three bodies:
- Swim England (National): National governance, ranking databases, and liability insurance.
- Swim England South West: Regional pathways and championships support.
- Dorset County ASA: Local county championship and event organization.
Note: Swimmers upgrading from Club Swimmer to Club Compete mid-season only pay the difference in upgrade fees.
Meet Administration Fees
Charged per swimmer, per meet to cover poolside coaching expenses and event administration. This fee is in addition to individual race entry fees.

Membership Cancellations & Account Queries
Termination Policy: Exactly one month's written notice (30 days) is required to cancel membership. Notice must be sent via email to the Membership Secretary at membership@swimbournemouth.org.uk.
Please note that all outstanding account balances must be settled in full prior to membership cancellation.
